Obituary for David Carey

1959 - 2019
Bathurst - David Carey, of the Melanson Home, Bathurst, passed away suddenly on Sunday October 6, 2019 at his residence, at the age of 60. Born in Bathurst, he was the son of the late Donald and Edith (Harris) Carey.

He is survived by two brothers: Stephen (Darlene) of Nepisiguit Falls and James (Sophie) of Big River; two sisters: Heather Boucher (Dale) of Gloucester Junction and Martha Bernard (Jean Claude) of Rough Waters, NB. Several nieces and nephews.

A private graveside service was held at St. George’s Anglican Cemetery, Bathurst. Donations in memory of David, may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a favorite charity.

A special thank you to the staff at Melanson’s Care Home for being there for David over the years.

Arrangements are in the care of Elhatton's Funeral Home (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
