Obituary for Pauline Bourque
1939 - 2019
Pauline Bourque, 80, of Dieppe and formerly of Scoudouc, passed away as a result of a motor vehicle accident on Saturday, October 19th, 2019. Born in Saint-Irénée-de-Kent, NB, she was the daughter of the late Fidèle and the late Sara (née: LeBlanc) Hébert.
Prior to retirement, Pauline had worked for 27 years at “La Glass Factory” in Scoudouc. She enjoyed playing bingo, cards, making puzzles, car drives and meals were one of her great pleasures. She was a member of the Club d’Age d’Or de Dieppe, de Scoudouc and the Sainte-Thérèse parish.
She is survived by her children: Annette (Noël) LeBlanc of Dieppe, Henri (Patsy) Bourque of Scoudouc and Huguette (Pat) Albert of Hudson, NH; her grandchildren: Mathieu (Adèle), Mélanie (Jérémie), Robert and James; her great grandchildren: Ariane and Theo; her sisters: Henriette (late Celestin) Pellerin of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Bernice (late Oswald) LeBlanc and Stella LeBlanc (Len), both of Shediac and Maria LeBlanc (Graham) of Grand-Barachois; her brothers: Lionel (Elizabeth) Hébert of Bouctouche, Ronald (Cécile) Hébert of Moncton, Normand (Doris) Hébert and Léo-Paul (Yvonne) Hébert, both of Shediac; one-sister-in-law, Hermine Daigle of Shediac; her special friend, Frank Després of Moncton; her fur baby, Moka, as well as several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Adrien in 2016; her son, Donald in 1966; her sisters: Marguerite, Marie Ella and Ida and also by her brothers: Alderic and Edouard.
Visitation will be held from the Chartersville Funeral Home, 363 Amirault Street, Dieppe, (857-1901) on Friday from 2 to 4 pm and from 7 to 9 pm and also on Saturday from 9 am until time of departure. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Sainte-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, on Saturday, October 26th, 2019 at 10:30 am, followed by a reception at the Club d’Age d’Or in Scoudouc. Interment in Chartersville Funeral Home Columbarium, Dieppe.
