Obituary for Brenda DeMerchant

The death of Brenda Mary Ann "Bunny" DeMerchant of Monquart occurred on Tuesday, October 22, 2019 at the Upper River Valley Hospital, Waterville. Born May 27, 1951 in Bath, she was the daughter of Audrey (Doherty) Bloodsworth and the late Elihu Bloodsworth.

Bunny is survived by her loving husband of 49 years, Howard; two children, Lee DeMerchant (Cheryl) and Tanya Kenney (Doug); four grandchildren, Isaac, Sarah, Emily and Hunter; four siblings, Patty DeMerchant, Elihu Bloodsworth (Nancy), Hayden Bloodsworth (Cheryl) and Henry Bloodsworth as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family.

Visitation was held from L.R. Giberson Funeral Directors, 207 Burnham Rd. Florenceville–Bristol on Friday, October 25, 2019 from 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service was held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 11 am from the L.R. Giberson Funeral Chapel. Rev. Dan Smith officiated. The interment was in the Wicklow Community Cemetery.
