Obituary for Judy Stuart

Unexpectedly at her residence in Lambertville NB on October 24, 2019, Judy Lee (Pendleton) Stuart, beloved wife of Jeff S. Justason. Born in Saint John NB on September 10, 1950, she was daughter of the late Morris "Moe" G. and Flossie J. (Brown) Pendleton. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister, Judy is survived by her husband: Jeff; sons: Corey (Meghan) Stuart of Utopia NB and Toby Stuart of Utopia NB; three grandchildren: Toni Lee Stuart, Sydney and Sullivan Stuart; siblings: Morris Roy (Karen Andrews) of Deer Island NB, Joan Pendleton (Danny Frost) of Bonny River NB, Clifford (Kim) Pendleton of Bocabec NB and Alica Pendleton of Pennfield NB; several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister Dixie Frye.

Judy worked on Deer Island for several years with various employers in fisheries before becoming a Educational Assistant at the Deer Island Community School. She was fond of children and animals and could often be found feeding the crows, deer, the feral cats and any children that needed something to eat. Judy especially enjoyed summer and spent as much time as she could camping with her husband Jeff in Bangor. She was a longtime member of the Church of Christ in Lord's Cove NB. She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends.

Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB. Resting at the Lord's Cove Church of Christ, Lords Cove NB with visiting on Saturday from 2-5 pm. The service will be held at the church on Sunday at 2:00 pm with Rev. Jonathon Hatt officiating. There will be a time of fellowship and refreshments following the service at the Church of Christ Sunday School Building in Lords Cove. In Judy's memory, donations to Charlotte County Cancer, the Charlotte County SPCA or to the St. George Animal Shelter would be appreciated by the family.
