Obituary for Stanley Baldwin

- The passing of Stanley A. Baldwin occurred at Bobby’s Hospice, Saint
John, N.B. on October 26, 2019 at the age of 88. Stanley was born in St. George, N.B. on July 15,
1931, the eldest son of six children born to the late Heber Melvin Baldwin and Dorothy (Clinch) Baldwin.

Survived by his loving wife, Evelyn G. (Gaudet) Baldwin, Stanley was the love of her life. Two
daughters, Faith (Peter) Henneberry of Saint John and Cathy (Rob) Wilson of Westfield, N.B., two
sisters, Mary Nesseralla of Brockton, MA and Eleanor (Mac) Matheson of Fonthill, ON. Two brothers,
Gerald (Paula) Baldwin of Saint John and Peter (Joan) Baldwin of Fredericton, N.B. Several nieces,
nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Aileen Baldwin.
Stanley moved to Toronto in 1953 and became a Certified Electronics Technician in the early days of
television. In 1970, he and his family moved back to New Brunswick and established Baldwin

Electronics in Saint John West. He semi-retired to his beloved St. George in 1985 to enjoy rural living
and writing and playing country songs on his guitar.

There will be no visitation. A private family graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 29, 2019. A
donation in memory of Stanley can be made to Bobby’s Hospice or the charity of the donor’s choice.
