Obituary for Corinne Penney

Corinne J. M. J. Penney, 85, of Lakeview Manor, Riverview, passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, October 29, 2019. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Anselme and Margaret (Thibodeau) McIsaac.

Corinne was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt. She attended St. Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church and enjoyed tap dancing, sports, darts and spending precious time with her family.

Corinne will be sadly missed by her daughters, Susan Penney (Roland Savoie), Margaret Moore (Tim) and Lee Lirette (Paul); sons, Arthur Penney, Brian Penney (Loida) and Walter Penney (Gisele); grandchildren, Tara (Cody), Shawn, Jordan, Shelley (Colin), Shane (Krystal), Michael (Biljana), Jennifer (Jeff), Bobby (Julie), Joey, Debbie, Janelle, Tonya (Steve) and Melanie; great-grandchildren, Ava, Brianna, Kyler, Alexys, Xander, Dennis, Christopher, Bianca, Jenysa, Jamarcus, Jamiel, Alex, Mava, Caleb and Damien; brother, Bob McIsaac (Linda) and several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by siblings, Joe, Rita, Helen, Evelyn, Mary, Verna and Don.

A Service to celebrate and honour Corinne’s life will be held at Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Friday, November 1, 2019 at 2:00 pm, with Pastor Liz Wall leading the service. Reception in the Funeral Home Reception Centre following the service. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary Cemetery, Dieppe.

In memory of Corinne, donations to a memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated. Online condolences for the family may be shared on Fergusons Funeral Home Facebook page or at www.fergusonsfuneralhome.com
