Obituary for Lynwood Murray

The family of Lynwood Herbert Murray are saddened to announce his unexpected passing at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Sunday, November 3, 2019 at 73 years. Lynwood was born in Chipman, NB on October 15, 1946 son of the late Marshall and Fern (Briggs) Murray.

He is survived by his loving wife, Katherine, their children, Crystal (Junior) Parsons and Kimberley (Steven) Chouinard; grandchildren, Lyel (Wanda) Sears, Jesse Ray (Janelle) Sears; great grandson, Colton Sears; brothers, Floyd (Ruth) Murray and Keith (Linda) Murray; brother–in–law, Eugene (Trudy) Blacquier; sister–in–law, Nancy (Jack) Anderson; many nieces, nephews and good friends.

Lynwood was predeceased by his parents, infant son, Cameron; brother, Basil Murray; sister–in–law, Joan Murray.

Family will receive comfort at the Chipman Funeral Home on Thursday, November 7, 2019 from 2–4 and 6–8 pm. A celebration of Lynwood’s life will be held from the Christian Life Center, Chipman, NB on Friday, November 8, 2019 at 2:00 with Pastor David Williston officiating. Interment will be made in the Red Bank United Church Cemetery following the service.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by his family.
