Obituary for Antoinette Gionet

Antoinette Gionet of Foyer Saint Thomas passed away on Monday, November 4, 2019 at her residence at the age of 95. Born on February 21, 1924 in Pointe Verte, she was the daughter of the late Henri and Malvina (Vienneau) Fournier.

She will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Jacinthe Gionet of Quebec, Mariette Gionet of Dieppe and Jeanne (Bernard) Cormier of Moncton, two sons, Jean-Claude (Carmelle) Gionet and François (Claudine) Gionet of Memramcook, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her husband Alcide and one son Jean-René.

There will be no visitation and a private funeral service will be held at a later date. Interment will be held in the St-Thomas de Memramcook parish cemetery.

Donations can be made to the Foyer St-Thomas Activities.
