Obituary for Philias LeBlanc

Philias LeBlanc of Villa du Repos passed away on Thursday November 7, 2019 at his residence at the age of 102. Born on May 29, 1917 in Memramcook, he was the son of the late Feriole and Celina (Despres) LeBlanc. He worked as a TV technician and was a “Jack of all trades”. He will be sadly missed by his five daughters, Hélène (Dr. Ronald) Goodman, Dorine Pineau (Albeo Maillet), Annette (late Wally) Benoit, Rosella (Frank) Poirier and Gisele (Lyndon) Brewer, one son, Donald (Monique) LeBlanc, 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Thérèse, two daughters, Marie and Joanne, four sisters, Marie, Elise, Eva and Virginie and two brothers Gérard and Arthur. Visitations will be held at Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook on Sunday November 10 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. Funeral mass will be held at the Saint Thomas de Memramcook Roman Catholic Church, St-Joseph on Monday November 11 at 1:00 pm. Interment will be held in the parish cemetery. Arrangement are in care of Dupuis Funeral Home, Memramcook. www.dupuisfuneralhome.ca
