Obituary for Romeo Albert Gauthier

Oct. 8, 1944 – Nov. 7, 2019
The kindest soul you will ever have met. Romeo spent his final days surrounded by those that love him. After his 33 yr career with CN Rail, he and Marlene actively attended & participated in Senior Games (darts, bowling, curling and cribbage) to which he won many awards. That is of course when he wasn’t pursuing his passion in wood carving, carpentry, painting and quick roadside yard sale stops to find some new "treasures".

He is survived by his two children, Jason and Jana, Marlene, grandson Brodie, sisters and brother (Claire & Sandy, Yogi and Zoel, Cecile and Art, Rose, Camille and Raymonde) many nieces and nephews and all of the Lefurgey family.

He is predeceased by his dad, mom and brother Paul (Ti–Pot).

We will carry his humorous wit, contagious smile and helpful ways with us forever!

To honor his memory – smile at everyone and lend a helping hand! He will be interred at Our Lady of Cavalry Cemetery, Dieppe.

Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral Home, Bouctouche. www.mailletfuneralhome.ca
