Obituary for Shirley Lirette

1929 – 2019
Shirley A. Lirette of Riverview passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019 at the Monarch Hall in Riverview. Born in Moncton she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Etta (Long) Cudmore.

She is survived by her husband, Blair Lirette, daughters; Jocelyn Lirette, Lorna Steeves and Georgina Corcoran, son; Donald Davidson (Louise) Dale Davidson and Darrell Davidson (Debbie Atkinson), 13 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents she was predeceased by two brothers; Robert (Bob) and Ralph (Bud), great-grandson Shawn Beam, son-in-law Richard Steeves and her first husband Lorne Davidson.

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007) on Thursday, November 21, 2019 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. the interment will take place in Elmwood Cemetery at a later date.

Donations to The Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation (Palliative Care Unit) or the memorial of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences can be made at www.cobbsfuneralhome.ca
