Obituary for Larry Lyons

Larry passed away peacefully at Hospice House on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at the age of 71. Born at Carroll’s Crossing, NB, on November 28, 1947, he was a son of the late Clarence O. and Alfreda M. (Legere) Lyons.

In addition to his parents and his first wife, Susan (Anderson) Lyons, he was predeceased by his brother Frankie.

Larry leaves behind his loving and devoted wife, Jocelyn V. (Howe) Lyons; his son, Larry Gerald Lyons; granddaughter, Amanda Lyons; grandson, Matthew Lyons; five brothers, Clarence (Marty), Sherman (late Mavis), Irvine, Jerry (Sylvia) and Norris (late Darlene); four sisters, Joanna Woods, Mildred Lyons, Marlene Goodine (Richard) and Carolyn Moreay (Andre); a number of nieces, nephews, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law.

For those who wish to express their condolences to the family, a time of visitation will be held at Works of Faith Assembly, 962 Rte. 655, Waasis, NB on Friday, November 29, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM immediately followed by a service celebrating the life of Larry Lyons. Rev. Ivan Carr will officiate. Interment will be held in the Byno Cemetery, Lakeville Corner, NB.

Memorials to the Canadian Cancer Society or Hospice House Fredericton would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences may be expressed through www.mcadamsfh.com
