Obituary for Ron Crouse

Ron Crouse 75, passed away at the Kenneth E. Spencer Memorial Home, Moncton, NB on Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Ron lived in Salisbury for 35 years, then moved to Carson Drive Moncton. Born in Bridgewater, NS in 1944, he was the son of the Late Douglas and Esther (McCarthy) Crouse.

Prior to 1996, Ron was an auto mechanic for many years. The story goes “He was the best tune-up man in Moncton”. He loved driving anything fast from stock cars to dump trucks. Ron drove for Tri-Gil Paving and for Phillips Bros. for a total of 12 years.

Ron is survived by the love of his life, his wife Nancy (Duff), one stepdaughter Jennie (Dave) Henry, Dorchester, NB, one stepson Jody (Lorna) O’Brien, Bedford, NS., also one daughter Cassandra (Ted) Parisee, Beaver Bank, NS, one sister Donna (Gene) Milton, Hackettstown, New Jersey, USA, one granddaughter, six grandsons, several cousins, nieces and nephews, three aunts and one uncle.

Besides his parents, Ron was predeceased by his brothers, Donald and Keith.

The family will be receiving friends and relatives on Saturday, December 7, 2019 at Cobb’s Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007) from 12:00 to 2:00 pm. Interment will follow at Fair Haven Cemetery.

Donations may be made in Ron’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation. Online condolences may be expressed at www.cobbsfuneralhome.ca
