Obituary for Etiennette Young

Etiennette (Morais) Young, 76, formerly of Moncton, passed away on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at ProTem Memory Care in Moncton. Born on September 23, 1943 in Rogersville, she was the daughter of the late Etienne and Evangeline (Richard) Morais.

She is survived by her three children: Patrick Young (Diane Lecours) of Quebec, Karen Young–Compton (Todd) of Moncton and Janis Kelley (John) of Burton; seven siblings: Raynald Morais (Marie Doucette) of Moncton, Claudia Morais of Rimouski, Louis Morais (Eloina) and Fernand (Flore Richard) both of Rogersville, Yvon (Nicole Fournier) of Acadieville, Jocelyne Bienvenu (David) of Flatlands, NB, and Marielle Arsenault (Alban) of St–Louis; seven grandchildren: Cynthia, Christofer, Rebekah, Johnny, Zoé, Ariel and Jacob, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a brother, Raymond and a sister, Rita.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858–1900) on Sunday December 8 from 2 to 4 pm only. The funeral will be celebrated at the funeral centre on Monday December 9 at 11 am. Interment will be in Rogersville parish cemetery.
