Obituary for James Samuel Rennick

It is with great sadness, that the family of James Samuel (Sam) Rennick announce his passing at the Hospice house of Fredericton on December 10th, 2019. Sam was born in Guelph, ON on June 26, 1956 to the late Shirley (Eastwood) and George Rennick.

Sam is survived by his son Josh Rennick (Chianne) and his daughters; Crystal Gray (Dan), Samantha Rennick, Natasha Harrigan (Stephen). Seven brothers; David, Robert, Paul, Gabe, Matthew, Ronald, Mark. Eight grandchildren; Keshia, Hannah, Taylor, William, Michael, Hailey, Lucas, Sophia, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Sam was predeceased by his brother Lawrence.

Sam had a passion for hockey and golf. He worked at Gilridge Golfcourse and took pride in restoring its beauty. He was a great storyteller, and had an intense love of music. In his sparetime he enjoyed watching sports, he also enjoyed having a few drinks with his friends and family.

Family and friends are invited for visitations at Sunbury Funeral Home on Friday evening, December 13, 2019 from 6-8pm. A Celebration of Life will be held at Sunbury Funeral Home on Saturday December 14, 2019 at 1pm. Interment will be in the Wirral Baptist Cemetery.

Donations to a Living Memorial (donations to assist family) or donor’s choice, would be appreciated.
