Obituary for Kimberly Miller

It is with broken hearts the family of Kimberly Susan Miller, wife of Wayne Miller announces her passing which occurred on Tuesday, December 10, 2019 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, NB on September 27, 1967 she was the daughter of Shirley “Vickie” (Morgan) Lacey and the late David Lacey.

In addition to her father she was predeceased by her brother Tom Lacey.

Kim worked as a Laboratory Technician at the Saint John Regional Hospital for 30 years. Kim spent every moment caring for her family, she loved her children and took pleasure watching them grow into who they are now. She enjoyed reading, her daily cup of tea, her rides in the Mustang with Wayne and walking Jax in the park. Kim always looked forward to her Friday and Saturday night get togethers with friends and family.

In addition to her loving and devoted husband Wayne of 28 years, she is survived by her cherished children Kira Miller (Ben Green) and Alex Miller; her canine companion Jax and feline companions Murphy and Bailey; sisters Cheryl Furlong and Michelle Rogers (Timmy); niece Kate; nephews Chris, Stephen and Keifer; many friends and colleagues.

Following cremation, visitation will be held at Fundy Funeral Home, on Sunday, December 15 from 2 to 8 p.m. Her celebration of life will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, December 16 at 11 am.

Remembrances in memory of Kim may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation; SPCA Animal Rescue or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
