He was a member of Highfield Baptist Church, the Adult Bible Class, the Young at Heart Seniors Group and the Loyal Orange Lodge # 62, Moncton. Harry was a former member of the Campbellton Rotary Club with 15 years’ service. In his spare time, Harry enjoyed puzzles and created beautiful cross stitch art.

Allan) of Melbourne, Australia; grandchildren, Alicia Demond, Rebecca Black (David), Heidi Demond, Andrew Sutherland (Karyn) and Laura Sutherland; sisters, Glenna Phillips, Greta Rae (Glenden) and Ruby Waugh (Wayne), all of Fredericton, as well as several nieces, nephews and extended family members.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Dorothy M. Smith (December 2011); stepmothers, Laura Geldart Smith and Espy Moore Smith.

The family would like to thank the Staff of the K. E. Spencer Memorial Home for the dedicated and loving care they gave their father/grandfather.
