Obituary for Amy Tenass

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Amy Lee (Richard) Tenass, which occurred Tuesday, December 17, 2019, at the age of 38 at the Guelph General Hospital surrounded by her loving family.

Amy will be sadly missed by her mother: Annette Richard; father: Chris Theriault, step-mother: Susan; brother: Christian (Keri) and sister: Tiffany Oppedisan (Dom); maternal grandparents: Laurie and Iris Richard, godparents: Merina and Larry Hachey, special aunts and uncle: Denise and Louis Comeau and Edna Richard as well as many extended family and friends.

Amy was predeceased by: her husband: Joshua Tenass as well as her paternal grandparents Leo and Stella Theriault.

The family received visitors at Bell’s Funeral Home on Friday, December 27, 2019 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated from the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church on Saturday at 11 AM with Father Paul LeBlanc officiating. Music was provided by: NBVM Bilingual Choirs. Special Music by: Donald Comeau. Readers were: Dianne Barrieau and Chris L’Huillier. Honorary pallbearers were: Arthur Godin, Angie Coutour, Chris L’Huillier, Mario Doiron, Tracy O’Donnell and Chantal Ricard. Burial will take place in St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Cemetery later in the spring.

In Amy’s memory, donations may be made to Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church Memorial Fund. Messages of Condolences can be sent through our website: www.bellsmeadows.com
