Obituary for Shirley Collett

Shirley Ann Collett of Fredericton, NB passed away peacefully at the Shannex Nursing Home on Thursday , January 2, 2020 at 83 years. Shirley was born in Kingsclear, NB on April 5, 1936 daughter of the late Medley and Mary Goodine.

She is survived by her son, Brian (Nancy) Collett; sister, Deannie (Clifton) Thorne; grandchildren, Scott, Jody (Tracy), Melissa and Cory (Kerry); several great–grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Shirley was predeceased by her parents; siblings, Royden and Albert Goodine.

Donations in memory of Shirley made to the Alzheimers Society or the Fredericton SPCA would be greatly appreciated by the family.

A private graveside service will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are in the compassionate care of Chipman Funeral Home & Crematorium. (339–6612) Memories and condolences may be shared through www.chipmanfuneralhome.ca.
