Obituary for Rhonda Travis

1961-2019
Rhonda Alberta Lee Travis, of Cassiliss, passed away on Sunday, December 22, 2019, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 50. Born in Miramichi, she was the daughter of George and Joyce (Morehouse) Travis.

She will be greatly missed by her parents; her brother Carman (Muriel) of Riverview; sister-in-law Allison Churchill or Red Bank; two aunts Betty Doyle of Derby Junction and Mina Campbell of Warwick Road; two nieces Kenzie and Hannah; and nephew Tyler.

Rhonda was predeceased by her brother Michael Travis.

The family received relatives and friends from Northumberland Funeral Home on Friday, December 27, 2019, from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28, 2019, at 11 am, from Northumberland Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Tom Ettinger officiating. Organist Faye Nowlan, accompanied by Colleen Matchett, sang "Precious Lord, Take My Hand", "Count your Blessings", and "My Savior First". A reading was done by nephew Tyler Travis. Pallbearers were Hal Morehouse, Keith Campbell, Kevin Campbell, James Campbell, Malcolm Campbell, and Gary Blakely.
Interment will take place in St Stephen's Cemetery, Boom Road, at a later date.

As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to St Paul's Presbyterian Church, or to St Stephen's Cemetery Fund, Boom Road.
