Obituary for Stewart Parker

1952-2020
Stewart Gordon Parker, 67, of Riverview passed away on January 11th, 2020 at the Moncton Hospital with his family by his side.

Stewart joined the Royal Canadian Air Force and worked as a Aero engine technician. This is where he grew a passion for planes. After the Air Force he took plumbing as a trade and went to work for the City of Moncton for over 25 years and last worked as a plumbing inspector with the city. He was involved in many committee's and organizations over the years. He was a big part of getting the Voodoo Jet to the Hillsborough area. He was past president of the Grey's Island Cemetery. He was always willing to help out whenever needed. Stewart liked sports cars and purchased a Corvette that he loved to drive. He spent a lot of time driving with his family and friends throughout Albert County and the surrounding areas. He was very proud of his son and loved spending time with Bradley and Sarah. He thoroughly enjoyed going out to restaurants and getting together with them, they always shared a lot of laughs. He will live on in their hearts forever.
Dad...Your life was a blessing,
Your memory a treasure...
You are loved beyond words
and missed beyond measure.

He will be deeply missed by his son, Bradley Parker (Sarah) of Weldon; sister, Charlotte MacLeod (Darryl) of Salisbury; brother, David Parker (Carol) of PEI; niece Faith MacLeod and nephew Doug Parker. He will also be missed by several co-workers and friends.

His family invite you to join them at the Albert County Funeral Home for a time of visitation and sharing of memories on Tuesday, January 14th, 2020 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm. Honouring Stewart's own wishes there will be no funeral service.

Donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or Friends of the Moncton Hospital would be greatly appreciated.

Arrangements are in the care of the Albert County Funeral Home, 4130 Route 114, Hopewell Cape, NB, E4H 3K2 734-2780 www.albertcountyfh.com
