Obituary for Bridget Culbert

The family of Bridget Veronica (Connors) Culbert are deeply saddened to announce her passing which occurred on January 13, 2020 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born on December 13, 1947 in Pouch Cove, NF, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Violet (Bragg) Connors.

She was a cook at various restaurants and was a personal support worker during her working years. Her greatest joy was her family and extended family and the happiness the children brought her.

She is survived by her son Ron Culbert Jr., daughters; Dawn Doussand (Max) and Rhonda Culbert, her sister Anne Saunders (Manuel), grandchildren; Alexander, Josie, Thomas, Max, and Chloe along with several cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her brother Patrick Connors and her sister Mary Pomeroy.

Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424), visitation will be held from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm on Tuesday, January 14, 2020. Following cremation the funeral liturgy will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. Interment will take place at St. George Catholic Cemetery in the Spring.

Remembrances made to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
