Obituary for Patrick Parker

It is with great sadness, that the family of Patrick Parker announce his passing, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on January 15, 2020. Patrick was born in Fredericton Junction, NB on December 20, 1944 to the late Christine (Cosman) and Walter Parker.

Patrick survived by his wife Marjorie (Atkinson) of 52 years, son, Trevor, grandchildren: Brianna, Brett, Brendon, great-granddaughter, Eymerson, sister, Susanne (Lloyd) McCann, brother, Murray Parker and several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his brothers; Frederick and Wayne and sister-in-law Phyllis Parker.

For 25 years, Patrick was a Military Police Officer in the Armed Forces, with two-six month tours in Cyprus. Patrick finished out his career as; Supervisor, Base Supply. Once retired, Patrick spent time with his family, watching grandchildren play hockey, hunting and fishing.

There will be no public visitation or funeral per Patrick’s wishes. A private family memorial will take place at a later date. Arrangements are in the Professional Care of Sunbury Funeral Home, Central Blissville, NB (368-2413). Condolences: sunburyfuneralhome.com
