Obituary for Yvon Daigle

1930 – 2020
Yvon Daigle, 89, of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the Stella Maris de Kent Hospital, Sainte-Anne-de-Kent on Wednesday, January 15, 2020. He was married to Juliette (Richard) Daigle. Born in Saint-Charles, he was the son of the late Patrice and the late Zélica (Robichaud) Daigle.

He will sadly missed by his wife of 55 years, Juliette (Richard) Daigle, his three brothers; Tilmon (late Thérèse) of Shippagan, Jean-Paul of Dieppe, Guy (Jeannette) of Saint-John, his five sisters; Lorraine Gallant (late Oscar), Patricia Cormier (late Edgar) of Dieppe, Sr Marie Zélica Daigle rhsj of Tracadie, Stella Richard (Léo) of Richiboucto-Village, Cécile Daigle (Gilles) of Saint-Charles as well as several nephews and nieces.

Yvon was predeceased by one sister Aurore and one brother Bernard.

Visitations will be held at the Sainte-Anne-de-Kent Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room on Sunday, January 19, 2020 from 7 to 9 and on Monday from 2 to 3:45 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Sainte-Anne-de-Kent Church on Monday, January 20, 2020 at 4:00 pm with interment in the parish cemetery in the spring.

In Yvon’s memory, donations may be made to the CHU DUMONT Foundation.
