Obituary for Pauline Hatfield

The passing of Pauline Annabelle Hatfield of Fredericton, NB, wife of the late Arthur Edwin Hatfield, occurred on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Pine Grove Nursing Home. Born on January 13, 1932 in Douglas, NB, she was the daughter of the late Allan MacDonald (Lena) and Esther (Curtis) MacDonald.

Pauline worked as a Hostess at Mactaquac Lodge.

Pauline is survived by daughter,Tammy Hatfield (Kirk Howard) of Mactaquac, NB; son, Hal Hatfield (Barb) of Hanwell, NB; daughter-in-law, Patianne Verburgh of Mahone Bay, NS; grandchildren, Devin Hatfield (Tara), Aron Hatfield (Kenoko), Sarah Hatfield, Ben Hatfield, Rebecca McLellan; great-grandchildren, Rowan and Duran; sisters, Vera O'Donnell of Fredericton, NB and Noreen Horncastle of Tracy, NB.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her son, Derek Hatfield.

The Memorial Service will take place at Mactaquac Baptist Church, 1496 Route 105, Mactaquac, NB on Saturday, January 25, 2020 at 2 pm with Rev. Peter Beckwith officiating. Interment will take place in Mactaquac Baptist Church Cemetery at a later date.

For those who wish, remembrances may be made to Mactaquac Baptist Church or the charity of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences may be offered through www.yorkfh.com
