Obituary for James Blakely

Mr. James Percy Blakely, husband of Pamela (Lake) Blakely of Murray Road, Little Shemogue NB, passed away Tuesday January 21, 2020 at Moncton City Hospital, at the age of 72.

Born in Douglasfield NB, he was a retired Tower man for NBTel- Alliant, an avid curler and also a member of St. Andrew’s United Church, Tabusintac.

Besides his wife Pamela, he is survived by two sons; Kyle of British Columbia and Cory of Alberta, one step-son Christopher Pierce (Jillian) of Sackville NB, three step daughters; Laura Pierce (Danny) of Dieppe, Morgan Pierce (Kalin) of Memramcook and Molly Pierce (Connor) of Sackville, three sisters; Marie Mackie of Quispamsis, Anne MacDonald (Will) of Niagara Falls and Jeanne Robichaud (John) of Napan, Grandchildren; Declan, Calista and Holden Blakely, step grandchildren; Lane, Lexa, Hailey, Dexter, Conrad and Penelope.

Mr. James Percy Blakely is resting at St. Andrew’s United Church, Tabusintac, with visitation on Saturday, January 25, from 12 noon until the time of the Funeral Service at 2 p.m. with Reverend Charlene Maguire MacKnight officiating.

The Family would like to thank the wonderful staff of Sackville Memorial Hospital and Moncton City Hospital Cardiac Care Unit.
