Obituary for Joseph Ellsworth

It is with great sadness that the family of Joseph Michael Ellsworth announces his passing, which occurred on Tuesday, January 21, 2020. Born in Saint John on July 25, 1953, he was a son of Beatrice (Sweet) and the late Joseph Ellsworth.

Joe will be missed by his siblings: Bob (Brenda), John, Dave (Nadine), Sandy MacDonald (Dave “Mackie”) and Teresa O’Brien; as well as several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his father, Joe was predeceased by his brother-in-law John O’Brien; and a great-niece, Frankie Edwards.

Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424). Visitation will be held on Friday, January 24, 2020 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated following the visitation at 12:00 pm in Brenan’s Funeral Home Chapel. A private interment will take place at a later date.
