Obituary for Gerald Vautour

1946 - 2020
Gerald Vautour, 73, of St-Charles, passed away with his family by his side at The Moncton City Hospital on Wednesday February 12, 2020. Born in St-Louis, he was the son of the late Livian and Exelda (Robichaud) Vautour.

Gerald is survived by his wife of 43 years, Linda (Cormier) Vautour; two sons: Jason (Kathleen) and David Vautour, both of Riverview; two grandchildren: Celeste and Julianne; two sisters: Claudia Richard (Cleophas) of St-Charles, and Claudette Doiron of Moncton; three brothers: Aurèle Vautour (Elise) of St-Louis, Livian Vautour (Karen) of Bass River, and Gilles Vautour (Diane) of St-Charles, and many nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by several brothers and sisters.

The family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude to the doctors, nurses, and staff at The Moncton Hospital for taking such good care of Gerald.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Friday February 14 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. It was Gerald’s wishes not to have a funeral service or flowers. Interment will be in Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe.

Voluntary donations may be made in his name to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation. Words of comfort and donations may be made at www.frenettefuneralhome.com
