Obituary for Lydia Webster

It is with sadness that the family of Lydia May Webster, age 108, wife of the Late William Webster, of Belyea’s Cove, NB, announces her death which occurred on February 24, 2020. She was born in Craft’s Cove, NB, on May 31, 1911, the daughter of the late Marcus and Elmira (Mott) Mott.

Lydia is survived by her granddaughter Kirsten Harvey of Grand Manan, and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Dayle Webster-Harvey, wife of Myles Harvey. Lydia was the last serving member of the family.

Visitation will be held at Sherwood’s Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (506-839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB., Wednesday, February 26, 2020, from 4 to 7 pm. Funeral service will be held from Shannon Baptist Church at 11 am, on Friday, February 28, 2020. Interment will be in the spring in Belyea’s Cove Cemetery.

No live flowers by family request due to allergies.

Memorial donations in memory of Lydia may be made to the Belyea’s Cove Cemetery, Extra Mural Foundation, or to the memorial of the donor’s choice. Personal condolences to the family and donations may be made through SherwoodsFuneralHome.com
