Obituary for Roberte Léger

1962-2020
Roberte Léger, 57, of Moncton, formerly of Haute-Aboujagane, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 21, 2020 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Yvonne (Richard) Léger.

She will be missed by her husband, Paul Melanson; her siblings: Géraldine Richard (Guy), Albertine Gautreau (Dolor), Aline Brun (Léandre) and Virgil (Dora) all of Haute-Aboujagane; four godchildren: Donna, Arielle, Danny and Mathieu; nieces and nephews: Brenda, Christina, Lissa, Stephanie and her son Kody, Chanelle, Waylon, Brian, Bobby and Donny.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Claudette.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre (396 Main St) Shediac on Friday, February 28 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm, Saturday from 10am until time of funeral. Funeral service will be celebrated at the funeral centre on Saturday, February 29 at 11:00am. Interment will be in Sacré-Coeur Roman Catholic Cemetery in Haute-Aboujagane.

Thank you to the Extra Mural Hospital and the palliative care at the Dr. Georges-L.- Dumont UHC for the wonderful care given to Roberte.
