Obituary for Elmer Elliott

Elmer Oscar Elliott of Hartland passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville. He was born March 4, 1937 and was the son of the late James and Beulah Elliott.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his siblings, Gerald Elliott, Wavel Elliott, Christine Mallory, Milton Elliott, Sylvia Gee; sisters-in-law, Beatrice Briggs, Audrey Palmer; brothers-in-law, Sherman Orser, Brad Orser, Earl Orser.

Elmer is survived by his wife of 59 years, Rose Elliott, of Hartland; children, Brent (Janice) Elliott of Duncan, SC, Brian (Sheryl) Elliott of Jacksonville, FL, Leesa (Mark) Thorstenson of Brooklyn, CT; grandchildren, Michael Rainey, Christopher (Erin) Rainey, Lisa Rainey, Ryan Thorstenson, Tony Thorstenson, Elizabeth Thorstenson, Ben Thorstenson, Kayce Thorstenson; great-grandchildren, Elliott, Josephine, Gavin, Jaxon; sister-in-law, Joyce Boyd of Hartland; several nieces and nephews.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic the visitation and funeral service for Elmer will be postponed until further notice. Interment will be in the Greenwood Cemetery in Hartland at a later date.

Online condolences made through the Britton Funeral Home website will be forwarded to the family.
