He is survived by his son, Rob Taylor (Mabel), and granddaughter Anna-Sophia of Surrey BC; his sister Nancy Lisson (Greg) of Gondola Point, NB.; brother John Taylor (Mary) of Quispamsis, NB; sister Dorothy Waddell (Arthur) of Quispamsis, NB.; brother, Donald (Lorna) of Saint John, NB; and his sister, Joan Kinney (Carl) of Ashland, NB. Also survived by precious nieces and nephews.

David attended Saint John Vocation School and graduated in 1961. He started working for NB Telephone Co. in 1965 and retired in 2000 with 35 years of service. He was a life member of Bell Aliant Pioneers and was also a life member of Atlantic Provinces Numismatic Society.
