Lois's spirit,kindness and laughter will never be forgotten. When I first arrived at the Kitchener office, she was the first person to approach and to ask me to join her for a coffee. She made me feel welcome and introduced me to the rest of the staff. We spent many an evening together laughing and joking, all of which are treasured memories. Terri-Lynn, you have to know that you were the 'joy' of your mother's life; her grandchildren the 'bliss'! She was so pround of you all.
