Lynne's Legacy

I have known Lynne since the day she was born, our parents being friends, before any of us kids came along., and me being a year older than she.   She was like a sister to me, mentored me in following the Bible.  Funny, witty, humorous, strong, a beautiful woman inside and out, a great encouragement to many, to numerous to mention.  Helping raise her own siblings, she went on to help raise her nephews and great nephews....Always, loving those, little ones, Ryder, Matthew, and little Jacob, and helping Kim and James in the raising of them. Even concerned about their welfare, as the lord was getting ready to take her from this earth.

In our younger days, playing baseball in the neighborhood, she would be the first one chosen on the neighborhood baseball team, and I would be the last, she being the best baseball player, and me being the worst.....Fond memories, through high school, we had our own "gang", group of girls, Mary, me, Lynne, Elke, we hung out together, and were the best of friends, I remember those days as if they were yesterday, and will cherish them forever,

Loved by so many friends, and so many friends that she held as close as family to her, she was a great aunt to my kids, Jeff and Jan, encouraging them, on their journey in life, My husband , Gary loved her, just like a sister as well, and has his own special memories and thougtht  to hold on to, and conversations he shared with her.

These memories and so much more, will be kept in my memory, till Lynne, meets me at the gate of Heaven, when the Lord takes me home!
