Lee Irvin Dearmont, 76, Skidmore, MO, died Friday, March 17, 2017, at Maryville Living Center in Maryville, MO.

He was born in Skidmore September 6, 1940, to Everett and Lena Miller Dearmont.

Lee was a 1958 graduate of Skidmore High School. He enlisted in the United State Marine Corps May 15, 1958 and served until May 14, 1964, earning the rank of Corporal.

On November 18, 1978, Lee and Doreen "Pat" (Koenig) Dearmont were married at Burr Oak Church in Skidmore.

Lee was always a farmer and also was employed for 23 years at Northwest Missouri State University with the Aramark Corporation.

Lee was preceded in death by his parents; brother Gene Dearmont, sister Barbara Kyle and Son Brett Dearmont.

He is survived by his wife Pat Dearmont of the home in Skidmore;
Speck, his trusted companion and nurse; children: Sally (Bud) Moore, LaPlata, MO, Patty Dearmont, Maryville, Mary (Lynn) Marriott, Maryville, Benjamin (Kandi) Dearmont, Colorado Springs, CO, Matthew (Stephanie) Dearmont, Rock Port, MO, Jo (Colby) Robbins, Amana, IA and Jill (Jack) Wieland, Napoleon, MO; grand and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews and sister Judith (Phillip) Walker, Skidmore.

Visitation will be 6:30-8:30 Friday, March 24, 2017, Price Funeral Home, Maryville.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM, Saturday, March 25, 2017. also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Burr Oak Cemetery, Skidmore. Graveside services will be provided by Missouri Military Honors and James Edward Gray American Legion Post #100.

Memorials may be directed to the Skidmore, MO Fire Department.
