My memories of John- We placed an ad in the Wenatchee World to find a retired builder to help us get started building our own home. John gave us a call. This started a wonderful friendship. He was also a very good builder. He charged us $10.00/hour. My husband and John worked for several years on our home. He would come in and have coffee and cookies. He could never turn down a cup of coffee. He shared stories of his grandkids and watched ours grow. He was also a Christian and helped anyone that needed a hand. We lost touch over the years but won't ever forget him. God bless you John! You are with our Lord now.
