My mother, Odie, and I were fortunate to get to work with Jim on a variety of issues many years ago. I will always remember his infectious smile, warm welcomes, and sincere dedication to the issue at hand. His legacy will live on for many, many years in the lives of all Missourians, as well as in the futures he's helped to build through the Jim Russell Foundation at MO-AG. His family are in my thoughts and prayers.
