best-friends When
When Lisa and I were children they were my second family. One day we were around 9 or 10 yrs old. The hair dresser was next door Lisa and I went and got our hair done. It was a hot day and as usual Stu was in the garden. Lisa and I had been best friends since pre-school we started playing with the hose to cool ourselves down on a hot summer day and Stu says "Girls stop playing in the water you just got your hair done".Well I started laughing and Lisa followed I could see a little smile on Stu's face he tried to stay stern with us but our laughter got the best of him he shrugged turned around I know he was laughing but hiding it. He was a precious man whom I loved as a second father he was gentle with me never raised his voice to me was very kind man and laughed out loud at my jokes as did Betty, Lisa and Paul I thank you all for giving me the strength to carry on in life fulfil most dreams I am not done yet but I felt the love of this family to my heart and soul and will never forget all the fun memories and laughter we shared.
