Antsje Schoonhoven
So sorry for your loss. I worked at the hospital in Winnsboro years ago and met your mother there. She was such a sweet lady. I will never forget her. She had such good qualities. I remember her cooking.Sometimes we brought stuff to eat and she topped them all. And she could tell the best stories. I just wanted to let you know that she made a difference in my life. I was the bus driver and picked her up from the house and brought her back. I also picked up ladies from Sulphur Springs. In the afternoon she was the first one off the bus, but one day she asked me if she could stay on and go with me to bring the others home. I could drop her off on the way back to Winnsboro, right? We dropped off one lady in S. Springs and had a flat tire................. Gosh!!!! We ended up at the tire place and sat there for an hour or so. I believe with two other ladies. The tire people were so busy. Anyways, we all had a great time visiting and cutting up and finally got back home. Maxine , thanks for all the good times. You will be missed. Love for the familie from Antsje ( she called me Ann )
