The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. To the Kostbar Family, I just want you to know Mr. Kostbar and Mrs. Kostbar were the best people. I appreciated both of them. Mr. Kostbar had the sweetest smile. When my husband suffered a stroke to his spinal column which left him a paraplegic, the church planned a fund raising meal for us using Mrs. Kostbar's recipes for German foods (pear pie). They will always be remembered and loved here. I know both of them were Christians and loved the lord. Now the Lord is saying to Mr. Kostbar, "Welcome home you good and faithful servant". Thank you for sharing them with us and for caring for them. I pray God can comfort you and help you during this time. I wish I could be there but I can't. Sincerely, Nancy Tabers
