Dear Devil Dog,
I may not have known you personally, but I know your sacrifice and commitment. Your integrity is above all others. Your love of country and family is beyond comparable. You achieved more than most ever could, you earned the title of United States Marine. Ooh-rah! Your time was cut short, but it was no less courageous and valiant. My son was at SOI with you and my heart almost stopped when I heard of your passing. Know that us Marine families mourn with yours. Our prayers are with your family and friends.
They say the Heavens are protected by Marines and I'm certain you are there on watch.
