The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Phil was a great human , rough on the outside but kind on the inside, he was my friend for 30 yrs and I knew him like a brother. May he rest in peace. Phil never really recovered from the loss of his Mother, I hope they are having a fantastic reunion on the other side of this life.
