Please accept my condolences on Jack's passing. I had the privilege of knowing and associating with Jack prior to his relocating to Charlotte. He had the rare qualities of superior intellect plus great personality. He once allowed me to play Santa Claus at one of his office Christmas parties. He will be missed.
