Charles was a wonderful neighbor for many years. He always had something wonderful to say and I always enjoyed catching up with him, even if it was a brief moment. I literally spoke with him earlier in the week, so his untimely transition was very shocking. Heaven truly gained a bright star. He will be truly missed. Prayers for his soul's safe journey and his family during this time.
