Family of Jeff,
I am very sorry for your loss, my thoughts and prayers are extended. I had the pleasure of working with Jeff at Change. He was such a joy to know. He talked about his daughter’s all the time – such a proud dad! And mostly about his precious granddaughter, she was the light of his life the last few years. Jeff and I mostly talked about food! We both loved food… He shared so many stories about Timmerman’s and I would share about the new recipes I was making at home. Not only did we talk about food we often shared. He was always willing to help make sure my leftovers didn’t go to waste!
Jeff also enjoyed his soda. He would drink a soda and leave the can on his desk, never throw it away. I knew he was saving them to recycle, but there had to be at least 25 – 30 cans before he took them to recycle. I liked playing jokes on Jeff, so one time I pushed his desk chair in just right then positioned all 30ish cans around his chair! He thought it was genius and hilarious. He had a great sense of humor. It was pretty funny!
I also have to thank him again for my daughter’s good behavior throughout the year! Every year for the past three years Jeff called my house in December pretending to be Santa. He played the role top notch and this year my girls will surely miss the call.
Jeff, you will be missed and never forgotten.
With Love,
Nicole Stokes
