Obituary for Marilyn Rose Marie Day-Lewis (LaFlamme)

Marilyn Rose Marie Day-Lewis, 75, of Amherst, NH died Friday May 25, 2018 at her home surrounded by loved ones.
Born September 28, 1942 in Nashua, NH she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Theresa (Michaud) LaFlamme and wife of Frederick Day-Lewis, of Amherst whom she married on October 1, 1966 at the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd in Nashua.
Prior to becoming a homemaker, Marilyn worked at the former Sanders Associates.
Marilyn was a very artistic person who enjoyed painting and quilting.
Besides her loving husband of almost fifty-two years, survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Frederick Day-Lewis and his wife Lisa, of Storrs, CT; one daughter and son-in-law, Kathleen Lucason and her husband Philip, of Camden. NY; four grandchildren, Morgan and Elizabeth Lucason, of Camden, NY and Lila and Griffin Day-Lewis, of Storrs, CT; two brothers, Andrew LaFlamme, of Windham, NH and Leon LaFlamme, of Nashua, NH.
SERVICES: A Funeral Service will be conducted by Rev. Alanna M. Van Antwerpen from the Episcopal Church of the Good Shepherd, 214 Main St., Nashua, NH on Saturday June 2, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Private Burial will be held in the Church of the Good Shepherd Memorial Garden following the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Front Door Agency, 7 Concord St., Nashua, NH 03064 or Book of Remembrance at Church of the Good Shepherd.
