Condolence: Philip and Joyce spent several summers together, cycling, picking walnuts, learning to smoke, when we were in our early teens. He was a good pal. He has been a steady, hard-working man all his life, an amazingly kind, loving and caring husband and a good father. We feel sad especially for Clare, Susan and Hugh.

Condolence: I just heard of Bro. Watson's passing and I am deeply saddened by your loss. Ive know Bro. Watson for just over 10 years when he first came to my home to interview me to be a member of Flower City Lodge. Over the years I have known Bro. Watson to be a valuable asset to our lodge serving in many roles and finally as our Historian. We all feel the loss very deeply. Please accept our condolences, and know that our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

I'll always have fond memories of Bro. Watson. His quick smile and positive attitude always cheered us up. Everyone who knew him will miss him dearly.

Our deepest sympathy

Condolence: So absolutely sorry for your (our) loss. His quick wit left nothing to the imagination. He will be missed by everyone at Branch 15, especially the Poppy Committee, not to mention the General Meetings and at our Remembrance Dinner and Day. Phil performed our wedding ceremony in 1995 at Peel Village Golf Course and often mentioned what a treat it was that day. R.I.P. our special friend.

Condolence: Claire, Sue, Hugh, Louise, and the rest of the family: I'm so sorry. Phil was such a wonderful man. I was so proud to have him as my one (and only) uncle. My dad looked up to his older brother his whole life, as did I. I especially appreciated his good humor, his service to his country, and above all his devotion to his family.
