Bonnie Hruschak

It was a very sad day when we lost Ron. Ron was our handyman at North Bank Church for many years and a very good friend. Any time I would ask to have the furnace turned on as there was a service in the very cold winter, Ron would go, start it the day before, check it that night and early morning to ensure the church would be warm for all. Ron and Wilma would always stay to help me clean the Church after a service and were one the last ones to leave. For many years Ron mowed the church yard with other church families. Ron also was very often our Cross Bearer when we had a service. One time checking on the church, I walked in and there was something caught in the curtains, of course I ran out screaming and called Ron. Ron came right away, got the bird untangled and set it free. Ron was an integral part of our Church family and the community. Knowing Ron and Wilma are together again somewhat eases the sadness. Gonna Miss him lots. Bonnie Hruschak, President North Bank Church. "Vichnayat Pamyat"
