Obituary for Hilda Marie Watson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Hilda Marie (Clark) Watson at the Church of St. John & St. Stephen Nursing Home on June 6, 2019. Hilda was born on October 29, 1939 to the late Albert and Greta (Fairweather) Clark and was the loving spouse to her late husband, Charles Watson.

She is survived by son, Brien M. Watson (Shirley Cyr); daughter, Margaret Coté (Meril); grandsons, René and Chris (Laura Watson); and great grandchildren, Monica, Katherine, Amanda, Brandon, Caitlyn, Gabrielle and Bionca; great–great granddaughters, Chloe and Addisyn; two brothers, as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her granddaughter Heather Coté and several brothers and sisters.

Arrangements are entrusted to Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646–2424). In keeping with Hilda’s wishes, no visitation or funeral service will be held. A private family interment will take place at Ocean View Memorial Gardens at a later date.

The family would like any donations to be made to the Arthritis Society or to the charity of the donor’s choice. For full obituary details, to express condolences or light a candle in memory of Hilda, please visit at www.fundyfuneralhome.com
