Obituary for Marjorie Peterson

July 23, 1923 – September 15, 2019
Marjorie passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 15, 2019 at the White Rapids Manor in Fredericton Junction at the age of 96.

She was the loving wife of Clinton Peterson who predeceased her in 2007. Marjorie was born in Manchester England where she grew up and met Clinton who was a Canadian Soldier. They married in 1944 and she came to Canada as a war bride.

She was a loving stay at home Mom to Betty Currie, Stephen (Kory), Leonard (Karen), Shirley Constantine (Mark), Sylvia Waugh, (Jeff) with 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

There will be no visitation. Family and friends are invited to a Graveside Service on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at 1pm at the Gladstone cemetery in Fredericton Junction, NB.

A very special thank you to the staff at the White Rapids Manor who was like family to our mom. We will be forever grateful to each of you for the special care and love you extended to her.

Donations in Marjorie’s memory can be made to the White Rapids Manor or a charity of your choice.
